Process
From Opportunity to Delivery
Eleven documented stages. Every project — uniform programme, private label, sourcing or market entry — moves through the same accountable pathway.
-
1
Submit Requirement
Share your project through an RFQ, vendor, partner or market-entry form. The more detail you provide — product, quantity, timeline, compliance — the faster we can qualify it.
-
2
Commercial Qualification
Our team reviews commercial readiness: quantities, target pricing, delivery expectations and decision process. We respond with clarifying questions or a clear pathway.
-
3
Product and Market Review
We assess product specifications, size systems for the Indian market, climate and use-case requirements, and any regulatory or labelling considerations.
-
4
Material and Vendor Matching
Requirements are matched against verified production capabilities in India and Indonesia. Material options, MOQ implications and vendor fit are compared.
-
5
Costing and Proposal
You receive a written proposal covering costing structure, lead times, sample plan, quality checkpoints and commercial terms. No commitment is made without written quotation.
-
6
Sample Development
Samples, size-sets or prototypes are developed with the selected production partner. Material and colour approvals are documented before proceeding.
-
7
Sample and Size Approval
You review and approve samples, fit and size grading. Approval records are kept so reorders follow the same specification.
-
8
Production Allocation
Production is allocated to the approved vendor, with contingency options identified where project scale requires a backup facility.
-
9
Quality Inspection
Inline and final inspections are coordinated against the approved specification. Inspection reports are shared before shipment decisions.
-
10
Delivery Coordination
Packing, shipping and export documentation are coordinated to your delivery point, with timeline communication throughout.
-
11
Reorder and Market Expansion
Approved specifications feed a reorder system. For brands and suppliers, the same pathway extends into broader market development between India and Indonesia.
One Pathway, Every Project Type
Buyers, suppliers, vendors and partners all enter through the same disciplined funnel — so nothing depends on who happens to answer the phone.
