What we collect

When you submit an RFQ, vendor application, partner application or market-entry form, we collect the details you provide: name, company, role, contact details (email, WhatsApp), project information and any files you upload.

We also store your language and cookie preferences in your browser, and record anonymised usage events to improve the site.

How we use it

Your data is used to respond to your enquiry: qualifying your project, matching vendors or partners, preparing proposals and coordinating communication.

Uploaded files (specifications, tech packs, company profiles, machine lists) are used solely to evaluate and progress your enquiry or application.

We do not sell applicant or customer data to third parties.

Sharing

Where your project requires it, relevant parts of your information may be shared with verified production partners, inspectors or logistics providers — limited to what the project needs.

If you accept advertising cookies, Google Ads and Meta receive measurement events and, on form submit, hashed email or WhatsApp details for conversion matching. These processors act only after consent, as described in the Cookie Policy.

Your rights and contact

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time via hello@lamonte.id or WhatsApp +62 811-1189-921. Consent can be withdrawn; this does not affect processing already performed.

Each form includes a consent checkbox; submissions are only recorded after consent is given.

Data location and retention

In the current phase, enquiry records are stored in your browser and transmitted to our team when you continue via WhatsApp or email. Server-side processing will be described in an updated notice when activated.

We retain enquiry records only as long as needed to handle your project and legitimate follow-up.
