Our position, stated plainly Product compliance requirements are assessed on a product-by-product basis. Testing, certification, labelling and technical documentation will be agreed during product development and must be verified against the regulations applicable at the time the goods are placed on the market.

How We Work, Before You Commit

Eleven answers buyers usually want before the first meeting.

Costing is built from the specification: materials, construction, branding, quantities, packaging and delivery terms. Assumptions and a validity period are stated on every quotation.
Each sample stage — prototype, fit, size set, pre-production — is recorded with your written approval before the next stage begins.
One master specification covers measurement, construction, material, colour, branding, accessories and packaging. Changes are versioned and re-approved.
Production partners are assessed for specialisation, capacity, machinery, quality level and reliability before any allocation is made.
Milestones, progress updates and inline inspection records keep you informed while goods are on the line.
Defects are documented and reported with a corrective-action path — repair, replacement or commercial resolution as agreed.
Packing follows the approved packing specification and is verified before dispatch, with records you keep.
Commercial invoice, packing list and country-of-origin documentation where applicable are prepared and shared for your customs process.
Designs and tech packs are shared with production partners on a need-to-produce basis. NDAs are available on request.
Approved specifications are archived so reorders start from the last approved standard — not from memory.
Issues are logged, investigated against the specification and records, and resolved through an agreed corrective process.
